The ruling on a fasting person drinking water during the Fajr adhan

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Abdul Karim al-Salih from the Northern Borders sent this message regarding Ramadan. He says: I woke up while the Fajr adhan was being called, so I hurried to the refrigerator and drank water before the adhan was completed. Is my fast valid or not?
Answer: There is no harm in that. If a person drinks water, milk, "shahi," or coffee while the adhan is being called, there is no harm in that. However, if it is easy for him to be cautious and hasten, so that he does not fall into doubt, that is better. Unless he knows that the mu'adhdhin has called the Fajr adhan and that the dawn has appeared and that the mu'adhdhin has called the Fajr adhan, in which case he should not drink. But as long as he does not know, given the custom of mu'adhdhins to call the adhan based on the clock, it does not harm him. If he drinks while the adhan is being called, it does not harm him. Yes.
