The time for the follower to recite al-Fatihah

Our brother says: Is it permissible to recite al-Fatihah with the imam in the loud prayers, given that the imam does not leave any opportunity for the followers to recite it, but rather begins reciting the Qur'an immediately after the followers finish saying "Ameen"? Answer: Yes, the follower recites al-Fatihah even if the imam is reciting, because he is commanded to do so. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: , agreed upon by al-Bukhari and Muslim. And he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: . So the follower should recite it if the imam pauses, reciting it during his pause. And if the imam is reciting, he recites it while the imam is reciting, then he listens, acting in accordance with all the hadiths. He listens after reciting it, and there is no blame on him for that, and this is the correct view. Some scholars said that it is dropped from him, and they argued with a weak hadith from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said: . But it is a weak hadith according to the scholars. The correct view is that the follower recites during the imam's pauses if he pauses, and if not, let him recite even if the imam is reciting, then he listens. This is the preferred view, and this is the correct view. Yes.
