The ruling on one who owes the expiation of fasting two consecutive months and breaks the fast during that period for an excuse

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
My child passed away, and I was ordered to fast for two months. I fasted for one month and three days, leaving twenty-seven days. After that, I became pregnant and suffered from... and other illnesses, and I was unable to fast after that. What is the ruling?

Answer:
If a person owes the fasting of two consecutive months, and then he is afflicted with an illness, or a woman is afflicted with menstruation, he breaks the fast due to the illness, or she breaks the fast due to menstruation, and then she completes the fast after the illness or menstruation ends, when she is able to fast. She completes the fast that is upon her, because illness is an excuse and menstruation is an excuse. If a person is afflicted with an illness that prevents him from fasting during the fasting of two consecutive months, which is the expiation for killing, or the expiation for zihar, or the expiation for intercourse in Ramadan, he completes it after the excuse is removed.
