How a sick person should pray if he is sitting on a chair

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
How does a sick person pray if he is sitting on a chair? Is it by gesturing?

Answer:
If he is unable to prostrate while bowing, he gestures with his head. As for prostration, he prostrates on the ground; he gets down from the chair and prostrates on the ground if he is able to do so. If he is unable to prostrate on the ground, he gestures with his head, and this gesture must be lower than the gesture for bowing. The gesture is made with the head, not with the finger or the hand, as some of the common people say.
