Ruling on washing with water whose color has changed

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q73: The questioner asks: What is the best method for performing the full ritual bath to remove major ritual impurity?
A73: The best method for performing the full ritual bath to remove major ritual impurity is what is reported from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) regarding his practice: that he would first clean himself after relieving himself, then perform the ablution for prayer, then throw water over his head three times, while working his fingers through his hair, then pour water over the rest of his body three times. This is the best and most complete method. Then he would wash his feet (peace and blessings be upon him) after finishing the bath. This is the description reported from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). Naturally, the intention is made in the heart; one intends, then washes his hands three times, then cleans his private parts, then performs the ablution for prayer, except that he does not wash his feet. Then he washes the rest of his body, then washes his feet. When water covers his entire body, it is sufficient to intend to remove both the minor and major states of ritual impurity, then pour water over his body once. This is sufficient.
