Q4: What is the ruling on breaking the fast by mistake on a day of the month of Ramadan ?
A4: If one breaks his fast by mistake during the day of Ramadan, he should complete his fast, and there is no blame on him; for Allah the Exalted said:[Al-Baqarah 2:286] ,
and for the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):Sahih Muslim 1155 It is agreed upon that it is authentic. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

If anyone forgets that he is fasting and eats or drinks he should complete his fast, for it is only Allah Who has fed him and given him drink.
من نسي وهو صائم فأكل أو شرب فليتم صومه؛ فإنما أطعمه الله وسقاه
