The presence of the taste of food in the mouth after abstaining

The first, second, and third questions from Fatwa No. ( 19051 )
Q1: On one of the days of the month of Ramadan, I drank tea with the pre-dawn meal
and went to sleep without rinsing my mouth, so I began to taste the saliva of that tea. Do I have to make up that day or not?
A1: Your sensation of the taste of tea in your throat after waking up in the morning, having drunk that tea before the second dawn, does not invalidate your fast. The presence of the taste of tea in the saliva in this case does not carry the ruling of consuming things that break the fast, so your fast is valid and you do not have to make up that day.
Q2: On one of the days of the noble month of Ramadan, I was rinsing my mouth and felt that water had slipped into my stomach. Do I have to make up that day .
A2: If a person who is fasting rinses his mouth and some water enters his stomach without his intention, he owes nothing and it is not obligatory for him to make up that day; because of the saying of Allah the Exalted:[Al-Baqarah 2:286] , but if he exaggerates in sniffing and exceeds three times in the ablution, or if he is excessive in sniffing and water enters his stomach, the safest course is to make up that day to avoid the difference of opinion; due to the prohibition of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) of exaggerating in rinsing the mouth, where he said (peace and blessings be upon him) to al-Qayt
ibn Subrah :Sunan Ibn Majah 407Sahih (Darussalam)
Q3: On a day of Ramadan as well, and that month was when I had just reached puberty and I did not know many things, and I made a mistake that day by masturbating or something else, and when I reflected on myself I found that I had broken my fast and my fasting was just hunger, so I ate a piece of bread. How do I expiate for that day?
A3: If a person induces the emission of semen by his hand or causes its emission without intercourse, and if he ejaculates, his fast is invalidated. Based on this, you have to make up a day in its place. If you did not ejaculate, your fast is valid because what necessitates its invalidation did not occur. However, you committed a forbidden act from which you must repent sincerely. It was obligatory for you, when you practiced the secret habit, to abstain for the rest of that day and to make up a day in its place if you ejaculated. But since you ate intentionally out of your ignorance of the obligation to abstain for the rest of that day which you had invalidated, you must repent sincerely from that and make up a day in its place. If you delay making it up until another Ramadan comes without an excuse, you must, in addition to fasting, feed a poor person for that day whose making up you delayed.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and his Companions.
