Q6: A man had intimacy with his wife in Ramadan without penetration and ejaculated externally What is the ruling? May Allah reward you.
A6: If a husband has intimacy with his wife without vaginal intercourse while fasting in Ramadan and ejaculation occurs, his fast is invalidated. He must abstain for the rest of the day, then make up this day and seek forgiveness from Allah for it. He does not owe an expiation. The fasting person must protect his fast from what invalidates or diminishes it. The fasting person leaves his desire, food, and drink for the sake of Allah, as is authentically reported in the hadith from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
