The fourteenth question from the fatwa number ( 19773 )
Q14: Are good deeds multiplied in the sacred sites, and are bad deeds likewise?
A14 : Good deeds are multiplied in the Haram due to the honor of the place, so the prayer in al-Masjid al-Haram is worth a hundred thousand prayers in any other place, and this includes the entire Haram , which is what is within the miles according to the correct opinion. As for a bad deed in the Haram , it is made more severe; because Allah the Exalted said:[Al-Hajj 22:25] , but it is not multiplied in terms of number; because Allah the Exalted said: [Al-An'am 6:160] . And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions.

and [also] whoever intends [a deed] therein of deviation [in religion] or wrongdoing - We will make him taste of a painful punishment.
وَمَنْ يُرِدْ فِيهِ بِإِلْحَادٍ بِظُلْمٍ نُذِقْهُ مِنْ عَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍand whoever comes with an evil deed will not be recompensed except the like thereof
وَمَنْ جَاءَ بِالسَّيِّئَةِ فَلا يُجْزَى إِلا مِثْلَهَا
