Circumambulation by one in a state of minor ritual impurity

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 21798 )
Q: Eleven years ago, my wife and I performed the obligatory Hajj. During the Tawaf al-Ifadah, which took place on the last day of Hajj, my wife had a state of minor ritual impurity (urination). Since she was suffering from a severe illness and was six months pregnant, she was unable to control herself, according to her account. We continued the Tawaf, and she did not inform me of this until now.
Please inform us of what is required of us, and may Allah reward you with good.

A: If what is mentioned is the case, then your wife must go to Makkah with her mahram and perform the Tawaf al-Ifadah; because it is a pillar of Hajj, and her Hajj is not complete without it. The Tawaf she performed is invalid due to the breaking of her ablution during it. If she had sexual intercourse after returning from Hajj, she must slaughter a sheep in Makkah that is acceptable as an 'Id sacrifice and distribute it among the poor of the Haram . If she is unable to do so, she must fast for ten days. If she was performing Tamattu', she must repeat the Sa'y because her first Sa'y was not valid. The same applies if she was performing Qiran or Ifrad and did not perform Sa'y after the Tawaf al-Qudum. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
