The Sa'y Once

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa No. ( 16588 )
Q: I performed Hajj this year and entered the state of ihram from the miqat, intending to perform 'Umrah
as a tamattu' pilgrim for Hajj. Then I performed tawaf of the Ka'bah, sa'y, and cut my hair, and I exited the state of ihram. Then, on the Day of Tarwiyah, I entered the state of ihram from Mina , then I stood at 'Arafah and Muzdalifah , then I stoned the large pillar on the first day, then I performed tawaf of the Ka'bah and exited the state of ihram, but I did not perform sa'y a second time . Then I completed the stoning on the days of Tashriq, and then I returned to my hometown and had intercourse with my wife. However, after a while, some of my brothers told me that my Hajj is not complete, meaning it is deficient. I hope you will inform me of a satisfactory answer, as I am confused about my situation.

A : You must return to Makkah to perform sa'y for your Hajj, and you must sacrifice a sacrificial animal in Makkah , such as what would suffice as an 'Id sacrifice, for the poor, on account of your intercourse with your wife before the sa'y. And you must perform the farewell tawaf when you leave Makkah . And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
