The pilgrim eating from his sacrificial animal

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q6: The father performed the obligatory Hajj as a tamattu' pilgrim. He said: I bought a quantity of wheat and gave it to a poor person in the Haram in place of the hady. Is this permissible, or is it obligatory for him?
A6 : It is not permissible for your father to distribute wheat in place of the hady for tamattu'. It is obligatory for him, just as it is for your mother. It is permissible for the pilgrim to eat from his sacrificial animal. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
