Entering the state of ihram from the miqat of Madinah

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 17257 )
Q: I performed Hajj in the state of ihram from the miqat with the intention of ifrad (performing Hajj alone), and I went to Makkah with my husband, then we went to Madinah on the fourth day of Dhu al-Hijjah in the same clothes and stayed there until the seventh day. On our return, at the miqat of Dhul-Hulayfah , we exited the state of ihram and entered it again with the same intention of ifrad. In Makkah , we performed the tawaf and sa'y again. Do we have to do anything, or is the Hajj valid? I should mention that the miqat from which I first entered the state of ihram was Yalamlam.
A : If you did not have sexual intercourse during your exit from the state of ihram, then you owe nothing, and what you did by repeating the ihram was a mistake for which you are excused due to ignorance. However, if you did have sexual intercourse, then your Hajj is considered defective, and you must make it up from next year. You also owe a fidyah, which is slaughtering a camel in Makkah and distributing its meat to the poor of Makkah . If your husband was like you, performing Hajj alone (ifrad), then he owes the same as you: making up the Hajj and the fidyah.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
