Hajj without performing the Tawaf of Ifadah

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa No. ( 15843 )
Q: The content is that he performed Hajj but did not perform the Tawaf of Ifadah .
A : One who performs Hajj but does not perform the Tawaf of Ifadah has a valid Hajj, but it is incomplete and does not become complete except by performing the Tawaf of Ifadah and the Sa'y between al-Safa and al-Marwah . If the questioner did not perform the Tawaf of Ifadah, he must return to Makkah , perform the Tawaf of Ifadah, and do the Sa'y between al-Safa and al-Marwah at any time he is able to go to Makkah . If he had intercourse with his wife during this period, he must slaughter a fidyah in Makkah that is sufficient as an udhiyah; a sheep, or one-seventh of a camel, or one-seventh of a cow, which he distributes to the poor of the Haram and does not eat any of it. If he is unable to provide the fidyah due to poverty, he must fast for ten days. He is not currently in a state of ihram as stated in the question; because he has exited from it by stoning the Jamarat and shaving the head. He must refrain from intercourse with his wife until he performs the Tawaf of Ifadah with the intention of the previous Hajj in which he did not perform the Tawaf, wearing his normal clothes; because he has exited from his ihram with the first exit by stoning the Jamarat
on the Day of 'Eid and shaving or cutting the hair, and what remains for him is only the prohibition of women until he performs the Tawaf of Ifadah and the Sa'y between al-Safa and al-Marwah for seven rounds. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
