The zakah on dirhams for which a lunar year has elapsed

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of fatwa number ( 15530 )
Q2: For example, I have money in one of the banks, and since I pay the zakah and a lunar year has passed for it, is that permissible? And I pay the zakah from other dirhams that I have. Is that permissible?
A2: It is permissible for a person to pay the zakah on dirhams for which a lunar year has elapsed from other funds, especially if he has debts owed by people or if he has deposits. When the lunar year is completed, he pays their zakah from his own funds, because their zakah is a debt in his liability that he settles from it and from other funds. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
