Interrupting the Sa'y and Completing the 'Umrah Without Finishing the Rituals

The first question of Fatwa No. ( 14419 )
Q1: I performed the 'Umrah in Ramadan last year and made the intention upon entering ihram that it was on behalf of my deceased father. When I arrived at the Holy House, I began performing the rituals. During the sa'y, the midday prayer became obligatory, so we interrupted the sa'y to perform the prayer. During the prayer, I experienced a nosebleed, which was a very heavy flow of blood from my nose. I completed the prayer after using the ihram cloth to plug the place where the blood was coming out. After finishing the prayer, I took a bath and began to complete the sa'y. I was fasting at the time and had not broken my fast. After completing three rounds, I felt so tired that I fell asleep on the side of the sa'y area and stopped the sa'y. When I woke up, I was confused and very exhausted to the point that I broke my fast, but I was still exhausted from the fatigue. I intended in my heart to stop the sa'y and did so, completing the 'Umrah without finishing the rituals on the condition that I would perform another 'Umrah if Allah wills. Is what I did valid, and what is the ruling in this matter?
A1: It is obligatory for you to enter ihram and return to Makkah and perform the sa'y for your
previous 'Umrah, then shave or shorten your hair. If you have a wife and you had intercourse with her during that period, your 'Umrah is invalid, and you must complete it by slaughtering a sheep that is acceptable as an 'Id sacrifice in Makkah and distributing it to the poor of the Haram, and making up the invalid 'Umrah from the place where you entered ihram for the first 'Umrah. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
