Naming with the name Dina

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of Fatwa number ( 19045 )
Q3: I was blessed with a daughter and I named her (Dina), but everyone who hears that name says it should be something else. I wanted to change it, but I read in Ibn Kathir’s *Stories of the Prophets* that the sister of the Prophet Yusuf (peace be upon him) was named (Dina), so I did not change it. Is there anything wrong with this name? Please inform us. May Allah reward you with good.
A3: There is no blame on you in naming your daughter (Dina); because this name does not contain a bad meaning for which it should be changed. And if you change it, there is no blame on you. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
