The criterion for travel in which shortening the prayer is permissible

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 17042 )
Q 2: I used to travel with my brother to London , which is about 120 km from the city where we were studying , and we would return on the same day, so we would combine and shorten the Dhuhr and Asr prayers, and sometimes combine the Maghrib with the Isha' prayers? Is this permissible? And is this considered combining by delaying?
A 2: If you travel from your place of residence a distance of eighty kilometers or more, then you may shorten and combine the prayers until you return to your place of residence, as long as you do not intend to stay during that travel for more than four days. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
