Miscarriage in the first months of pregnancy, and she did not know it was a fetus until after a period of time
Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 18973 )
Q 2: A woman miscarried in the first months of pregnancy and did not know it was a fetus until after a period of time, when she was told that it was possible, and she had thrown it away as mere blood. Is there anything required of her?
A 2: If what fell from her was mere blood containing nothing of the creation of a human being, such as a head, a hand, or anything else, then she owes nothing for throwing it away in the waste. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
