Q2: Is it permissible to perform tayammum on a wall that has paint on it ?
A2 : It is permissible to perform tayammum on a wall if there is pure dust on it that sticks to the hand; because of the saying of Allah the Exalted:[Al-Ma'idah 5:6] . This includes the dust on the wall and other things. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
