Q2: Is the Fajr prayer permissible for one who is in a state of major ritual impurity, a married man who has intercourse with his wife at night ?
A2: The prayer is not valid without ritual purity, and whoever prays without ritual purity, his prayer is invalid; for Allah the Exalted said:[Al-Ma'idah 5:6] And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِذَا قُمْتُمْ إِلَى الصَّلاَةِ فَاغْسِلُوا وُجُوهَكُمْ وَأَيْدِيَكُمْ إِلَى الْمَرَافِقِ وَامْسَحُوا بِرُءُوسِكُمْ وَأَرْجُلَكُمْ إِلَى الْكَعْبَيْنِ وَإِنْ كُنْتُمْ جُنُبًا فَاطَّهَّرُوا
