A: It is permissible to drip water into the throat of the dying person until his throat is moistened and it becomes easy for him to remember Allah and pronounce the testimony of faith. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
