Q 9: I miss the Fajr prayer every day because of sleep ; because I work a hard and exhausting job and I am unable to get up for the prayer, but I pray after the sun rises at around seven o'clock, knowing that I go to work without eating the pre-dawn meal because there is no time, so what is the ruling on this, even though I pray the other prayers in their times?
A 9: It is not permissible for you to sleep through the Fajr prayer and delay it beyond its time, so it is obligatory for you to repent and perform the Fajr prayer and the other prayers in congregation in the mosque and in the time in which Allah has commanded you to perform them. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
