A4: Designating Friday specifically for reciting the Qur'an is a religious innovation (bid'ah), and the Muslim should keep up the recitation of the Qur'an without designating a specific day for it, along with the disturbance caused to the worshippers by raising the voice in the mosques. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
