Machine translationRead the Arabic original

The first question of Fatwa No. ( 9697 ):

Q1: Is it permissible for someone to gather people and order them to recite the Qur'an for him for one of the purposes, for example, he wants to change his transaction and gathers people to recite the Qur'an for him to obtain a blessing in his work.
A1: Allah sent down the Qur'an to be worshipped through its recitation and to act according to its rulings, and to be a miracle for the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and this is not the action you mentioned
that Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) has prescribed. And success is from Allah. And may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
