Q2: What is the ruling in the religion regarding the presence of a bird found dead after being sprayed with pesticide and not slaughtered; is it eaten or must it be slaughtered first?
A2: If the bird died from the spraying, it is eaten; otherwise, it is not. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
