Oaths in a state of anger, followed by breaking the oath

The fourth question of Fatwa No. ( 9220 )
Q4: What is the ruling on one who swears by Allah that he will not do something while in a state of anger, and then does it?
A4: If he is in extreme anger such that he does not know what he is saying, or he cannot control himself, and he is almost compelled, then no expiation is required of him. If the anger is mild and he can control himself, then an oath expiation is required of him, which is: feeding ten poor people from what he feeds his family, or clothing them, or freeing a believing slave,
if that is not feasible, let him fast for three days. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
