Listening to songs in the car

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The fourth question of Fatwa No. ( 18251 )
Q4: If we are in the car with an uncle (maternal or paternal), and he turns on the recorder and puts in a tape of songs, and we tell him, "Turn it off, this is forbidden," but he does not, do we bear the sin of listening to songs with him?
A4 : It is obligatory for you to forbid listening to songs in the car and elsewhere. If the driver of the car does not comply with forbidding the evil, and you are able to ride with someone else, then it is not permissible for you to ride with him. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
