I vowed to Allah that if I am healed from this illness, I will pray to Allah the Exalted and fast

The first and second questions of Fatwa No. ( 3053 )
Q1: I was afflicted with a disease in my throat, which is severe inflammation, and I vowed to Allah that if I am healed from this disease, I will do the following: 1 - I will pray to Allah the Almighty such and such rak'ahs. 2 - I will fast for the sake of Allah the Exalted for a full month. 3 - I will pray and send peace upon our master Muhammad such and such prayers and salutations: (O Allah, send prayers and peace upon our master Muhammad), knowing that the illness still
remains with me. So, do I have to fulfill this vow or not?

A1 : Your vow regarding these three matters is a vow of obedience, and a vow of obedience must be fulfilled when its condition is met; because of Allah’s saying, the Exalted, in describing the righteous:
They [are those who] fulfill [their] vows and fear a Day whose evil will be widespread.يُوفُونَ بِالنَّذْرِ وَيَخَافُونَ يَوْمًا كَانَ شَرُّهُ مُسْتَطِيرًا
[Al-Insan 76:7]
, and because of His saying, peace and blessings be upon him:
Whoever vows to obey Allah, let him obey Him, and whoever vows to disobey Allah, let him not disobey Him.من نذر أن يطيع الله فليطعه، ومن نذر أن يعصي الله فلا يعصه
Sunan Ibn Majah 2126Sahih (Darussalam)
narrated by al-Bukhari .

Q 2: I vowed that I would not go to any wedding (marriage), neither for a friend nor for a distant relative, but I later went to my brother’s wedding and to two weddings of my relatives, and I do not know if I have committed a sin or not?
A 2: You are required to pay an expiation for an oath for not fulfilling this vow; because this vow does not require fulfillment, and the expiation is: feeding ten poor people from the middle of what you feed your family, meaning: you feed them a complete regular meal, or you give each of them half a sa' of wheat, barley, rice, or the like of what is usually eaten, or you clothe each of them with a shirt, or you free a believing slave, if you do not find [the means], then fasting for three days.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
