A man's garment reaching to the middle of his shins

The fourth question of Fatwa No. ( 7044 )
Q4: Is it obligatory for a man to wear clothes with short hems and sleeves, or is that recommended and not obligatory? And is it also obligatory for the sleeves not to be wide?
A4: A man's garment should reach to the middle of his shins, and there is no harm in lengthening it to the ankles, but it is forbidden for him to wear what extends below the ankles. As for the width or narrowness of a man's clothing sleeves, there is no blame in that,
and each man should wear what suits him from wide or narrow sleeves, provided it does not expose the 'awrah or reveal what is behind it. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
