How to respond to one who claims that he controls the jinn

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of Fatwa No. ( 17558 )
Q3: How do we respond to the one who claims that he is able to control the jinn, and that they carry out for him whatever he wishes, and transport him from one country to another? And does the one who says such words become a disbeliever?
A3 : Seeking help from the jinn is major shirk (associating partners with Allah) and one of the matters of the pre-Islamic age of ignorance (jahiliyyah). Allah the Exalted said:
And there were men from mankind who sought refuge in men from the jinn, so they [only] increased them in burden.
[Al-Jinn 72:6]
, and Allah the Exalted said:
And [mention, O Muhammad], the Day when He will gather them together [and say], "O company of jinn, you have [misled] many of mankind." And their allies among mankind will say, "Our Lord, some of us made use of others, and we have [now] reached our term, which you appointed for us." He will say, "The Fire is your residence, wherein you will abide eternally, except for what Allah wills. Indeed, your Lord is Wise and Knowing."
[Al-An'am 6:128]
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
