Q9: A single young man who is a friend of mine prays and pays zakah, but he commits unlawful sexual intercourse; because the temptations are many, and I have advised him many times, so is it permissible for me to cut off my relationship with him?
A9: Continue advising him, perhaps Allah will guide him. If he does not respond, it is obligatory for you to distance yourself from him to avoid the evil. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
