Fasting in Ramadan and breaking the fast while traveling: Does it break the continuity of the expiation fast?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa No. ( 18921 )
Q: An accident occurred and two people died. I sought your ruling, and you stated that I am obligated to fast two consecutive months for each life. I began fasting on 29/4/1417 AH, and the month of Ramadan will enter, if Allah wills, with one or two days remaining for me. My question is summarized as follows: 1 - If the month of Ramadan enters and I have some days remaining, do I complete them after Ramadan, or do I consider the first days of Ramadan as completing the expiation and make up the days of Ramadan I missed? 2 - If I am traveling, is it permissible for me to break my fast? 3 - If I fall ill, may Allah forbid it, and I receive an injection or have a blood test, does this invalidate the fast for the previous days or the same day? 4 - On one of the days, while I was fasting—meaning: the ninth day of my fasting— I stood up and kissed my wife, and wadi or madhi came out of me. Does this invalidate the fast for the same day or the previous days of fasting
or does it not invalidate it?

A: First : If the month of Ramadan enters, you must fast it with the intention of Ramadan, and then immediately after the festival, you complete the remaining days of the expiation fast. Second : If you travel while fasting the expiation, it is permissible for you to break your fast, and this does not affect the continuity. Third : If what came out of you was semen, your fast is invalid, and you must start the period again from the day following that day. However, if what came out of you was madhi, it does not invalidate the fast according to the correct view. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his companions.
