Prohibiting children from entering the home of a woman in the waiting period

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 14767 )
Q2: One of the shaykhs prohibited boys aged nine years and older from entering the homes of women whose husbands have died, and it was said that he prohibited
boys aged seven years.

A2: A woman in the waiting period due to her husband's death is like any other woman who is not in a waiting period regarding the ruling on uncovering herself before non-mahram men, except that the woman in the waiting period is required to remain in the house and not use adornment on her body or in her clothing. It is not prohibited for small children who have not reached the age of discernment regarding the 'awrah of women to enter upon her. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
