Claiming my sister's son as my own after the murder of his father

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 13324 )
Q: I inform you that I am from Afghanistan , and my sister's husband was killed there, leaving his sons behind as orphans. This led me to claim one of them as my own son in order to be able to bring him to the Kingdom , which caused his uncle to demand that this boy be sent to him in America . There is no way to preserve this young child except by bringing him here to live with me. Do I have the right to what I did in claiming him as my son to bring him here, or not? Please inform us; may Allah reward you.
A: It is not permissible for you to claim your sister's husband's son as your own; because it is a lie, and it involves
the mixing of lineages. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
