married?
A2: The lineage of the child is not established with the fornicator through zina; due to the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):Sunan Ibn Majah 2006Sahih (Darussalam) And it is permissible for the fornicator to marry the fornicatress after the completion of the waiting period and sincere repentance. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
