The marriage of the father’s wife’s daughter

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 1380 )
Q: Two years ago, I married my cousin’s daughter. I stayed with her for three years, but she did not bear me any sons or daughters. I divorced her, and she married another man and bore him a son and a daughter. Then he passed away, and she married my cousin’s son, bearing him sons and daughters. Now, I want to marry one of my sons to one of my cousin’s son’s daughters from this woman whom I had previously married. Is that permissible?
A: If the situation is as you described, it is permissible for any one of your sons to marry any one of your cousin’s son’s daughters from this woman whom you had previously married. Your previous marriage to her has no effect on the marriage of any of your children to one of her daughters from another man.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
