Q: Is it permissible for a man to marry the daughter of his paternal cousin, or not?
A: It is permissible; because the original ruling is permissibility, and the fact that her father is the paternal cousin of the one who wants to marry her does not prevent that. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
