A1: It is obligatory for a woman to cover herself in the presence of non-mahrams, whether they are her relatives, such as her cousin, her paternal aunt's son, her maternal uncle's son, or her maternal aunt, or whether they are her husband's relatives, such as her husband's brother, and whether those people are married or unmarried, as long as they are adults, except if they are those who have no desire for women or children who have not yet exposed the private parts of women. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
