Do not observe hijab out of fear of her family's blame

The second question of Fatwa No. ( 5897 )
Q2: I have a wife, and I have told her that it is not permissible for her to uncover herself in front of those who are not her mahram, such as: my brothers, her paternal and maternal cousins, and her grandfather's sons. But she says: that she cannot leave them; because her family will blame her and cut ties with her. I ask you to guide me to the correct action, and do not tell me: advise them; because I am like one who speaks in the desert, no one is there, but should I divorce my wife or what should I do? Knowing that it is not just uncovering, but they also shake hands with her, and some of her grandfather's sons greet her in her face; because they say: she is our daughter. I am confused, I hope the response will be soon.
A2: First: It is forbidden for a woman to display her adornment to non-mahram men; such as the husband's brother, his uncle, her maternal uncle, her paternal cousins, and her maternal cousins. Second: Her grandfather's sons on her father's side (her father's brothers) it is permissible for her to uncover her face to them, greet them, and shake hands with them; because they are among her mahram. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
