Q1: If a man dies and leaves behind children and money, is it obligatory for any of the deceased's heirs to keep the money back from distribution until the end of the lunar year?
A1: It is not permissible to keep it back from distribution except for a valid religious excuse.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
