The pilgrim's actions on the day of 'Id

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 377 )
Q: Is it permissible for the pilgrim to delay stoning the first Jamrat al-Aqabah to the second or third day of the days of Tashreeq without an excuse, or not? And what is the ruling on one who does that?
A: It is not permissible for the pilgrim to delay stoning the Jamrat al-Aqabah to the second or third day of the days of Tashreeq without an excuse; because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) stoned it on the day of 'Id, and the Companions followed him in that, so they did not delay it to the days of Tashreeq without an excuse. And the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Take your rituals from meخذوا عني مناسككم
, and whoever delays it to the days of Tashreeq without an excuse has contradicted the Sunnah and deprived himself of some of the reward of his pilgrimage. He must seek forgiveness from Allah for what has passed, and strive to perform his pilgrimage in its proper legal manner in the future. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
