Q4: From where do the people of Makkah enter ihram for 'Umrah? And if their summer residence is in al-Hudaybiyyah, which is beyond the miqat, where do they enter ihram for 'Umrah as well?
Vol. 4 : The people of Makkah enter the state of ihram for 'Umrah from outside the Haram such as al-Tan'īm, and if they reside in al-Hudaybiyyah during the summer, they enter the state of ihram for 'Umrah from their location; based on the statement of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) when he designated the miqats: , agreed upon by al-Bukhari and Muslim, and it is established in the two Sahihs that he (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered 'A'ishah when she intended to perform 'Umrah while she was in Makkah to enter the state of ihram from the land of ihram (al-Hal).
