The second question of the fatwa number ( 9892 )
Q2: If a man engages in some argumentation with his companions during Hajj, is his Hajj valid and sufficient for him, even if it is the obligatory Hajj?
A2: His Hajj is valid and sufficient for the obligation, but his reward in it is diminished by the amount of the blameworthy argumentation that occurred from him, and he must repent from it; for Allah the Exalted said:[An-Nur 24:31] And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

A2: His Hajj is valid and sufficient for the obligation, but his reward in it is diminished by the amount of the blameworthy argumentation that occurred from him, and he must repent from it; for Allah the Exalted said:
And turn to Allah in repentance, all of you, O believers, that you might succeed.
