Is it permissible to pay zakah from government assistance in the future?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 2411 )
Q2: Is it permissible for a person who owns sheep, camels, cattle, and farms, and who has paid their zakah sincerely, without any deception or exaggeration of the truth, to then receive assistance from the state, may Allah prolong his life, as encouragement and support for him? Is it permissible for him to perform Hajj with that money and to pay the zakah on his liquid assets from it in the coming year, or not?
A2: If the situation is as described in the question, that the zakah
was paid in the prescribed manner, without resorting to deception to obtain the assistance that the state pays to producers, then it is permissible for the one who receives the assistance to perform Hajj with it and to pay the zakah on his liquid assets from it in the coming year, and there is no blame on him for that. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
