Q1: I am in a house and I do not have any soil, and at some times I do not have anyone to bring me soil. Is it permissible for me to perform tayammum on the bed (carpet) or not?
A: Praise be to Allah alone, and blessings and peace be upon His Messenger, his family, and his Companions. After that: It is obligatory for you to perform tayammum with pure soil if water is not found or its use is difficult; because of the saying of Allah the Exalted:[Al-Ma'idah 5:6] . If you are unable to find soil, it is sufficient for you to perform tayammum by striking the pure earth, whatever its state, even if it has no dust; because of the saying of Allah the Exalted: [At-Taghabun 64:16] .
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْAnd success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
