Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa number (11767)
Q1: Is it permissible for a person in a state of major ritual impurity, in the presence of an excuse that prevents him from using water for the full ritual bath, such as an illness or a wound, to attend the congregational prayer in the mosque?
Vol. 1: All praise is due to Allah alone, and peace and blessings be upon His Messenger, his family, and his Companions. And after that: If an excuse that prevents the use of water for minor or major ritual purity is found, then one should perform dry ablution with clean earth and pray in congregation in the mosque. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
