Fatwa No. ( 8016 ):
Q: What is the ruling on ruqyah with the Qur'an, the Adhkar, and the supplications established from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)?
A: Ruqyah with the Qur'an, the Adhkar, and the supplications established from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) is permissible for protection and prevention, and to repel the diseases that befall a person, such as reciting Ayat al-Kursi, Surat al-Fatihah, and (Say: He is Allah, the One) and (the two chapters of protection), and such as:
“Remove the hardship and suffering. Lord of mankind, and grant healing, for You are the Healer and there is no healing except Your healing; (grant) healing which does not leave any sickness behind.`أذهب البأس، رب الناس، اشف أنت الشافي، لا شفاء إلا شفاؤك، شفاء لا يغادر سقمًا

I seek refuge for both of you in the perfect words of Allah from every devil and every poisonous thing and from the evil eye which influencesأعيذك بكلمات الله التامة من كل شيطان وهامة، ومن كل عين لامة
