The questioner : The questioner says: Your Eminence,The Shaykh : I performed Hajj this year. During the tawaf al-ifadah, my menstruation started. I informed the campaign doctor, who said: I will give you an injection to stop the bleeding for six hours. The bleeding actually stopped for six hours. So I performed tawaf and sa'y. After six hours, the period came back. Is what I did correct, or what?

The Shaykh : If the cessation was complete purity, and women know what purity is, then there is no harm. Her tawaf is valid. But if it was not true purity, then she performed tawaf before she had purified herself, and a woman’s tawaf before her purification is invalid and not correct. Yes.
