I was in one of the Arab countries and came here for work, and Ramadan arrived and I had no money with me

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question: I was in one of the Arab countries and came here for work, and Ramadan arrived and I had no money with me. In this situation, I was forced to break my fast and work. Is there anything required of me for this?

Answer: Work does not permit breaking the fast in Ramadan, because breaking the fast is only permissible for the sick person, the traveler, the menstruating woman, the pregnant woman, and the nursing woman if they fear for their children, or if they fear for themselves, and also for the very old, decrepit man who is unable to fast. These are the people with valid excuses who are permitted to break their fast, and they must make up the days from other days if they are able to make them up, or feed the poor if they are unable to make them up. As for work, it does not permit breaking the fast. The worker works and fasts. If the work is not compatible with fasting, he should leave that work and seek another job that is compatible with fasting, and there are many jobs.

The result: It is not permissible for the worker to break his fast, because he is present and not a traveler,
and because he is healthy and not sick, and because he has no valid legal excuse from the excuses for which Allah granted a dispensation to the fasting person to break his fast. So he must work and fast, and he must seek work that does not conflict with his fasting, and there are many jobs.
And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out (3) And will provide for him from where he does not expect.وَمَنْ يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يَجْعَلْ لَهُ مَخْرَجًا وَيَرْزُقْهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَحْتَسِبُ
[Al-Talaq: 2, 3], and the Muslims have continued since Allah made fasting obligatory, working and being occupied and fasting, without leaving fasting for the sake of work, knowing that they perform hard and tiring work, and yet it is not recorded in the history of Islam, or from the righteous predecessors, that they would neglect fasting for the sake of work while they are residents and healthy. And Allah the Exalted knows best.
